Je n’ai vraiment pas du tout apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel, c’est une sorte de club hôtel bas de gamme, pas propre, et que dire du personnel ? Aucune amabilité, notamment lors de la remise des clés j’ai posé une simple question ce qui n’a apparemment pas plus à la personne présente ce jour. Nous avons même changé d’hôtel entre temps je ne réitérerai pas l’expérience

the hotel was very good location to the beach/bars/shops & restaurants. the rooms were clean and spacious, you just couldn’t keep the aircon on so it got hot through the day. the property didn’t look as good as the pictures, this was when it was new. overall i would stay again for convenience and cleanliness

Is it a resort?

The overall place was Ok though it is starting to look a little bit tired. The staff are attentive and very friendly and the place was nice and clean. We found it noisy at night and didn't have 1 night that was not spoilt but other people being noisy and having parties back at their apartments once the nightclubs had closed. Not so much a resort than small apartments in the same area. No evening entertainment laid on by the resort. Beach and high street close to the resort.

Grace “amazing Grace” at reception was awesome she looked after us with a constant smile and humbleness. All the staff at reception and restaurant were amazing also. I’d rather pay more at a property run by professionals than save a few bucks and be treated like an inconvenience. Soooo as I decided to check out what others said was true . They attempted to say something was missing from the room as the other reviews and charge me . When I told them I would go show them where the motel was they suddenly found it . Also the rooms are clean and nice but the property itself is rundown . The pictures are highly retouched . Never ate at the restaurant so don’t know how that was . Definately would choose somewhere else when I returned

Very amazing place RIGHT ON the beach! Amazing breakfast and staff. I would have stayed longer, but like a moron i just booked a few nights (3) and would have stayed (3) more, but they were full! Still squeezed me in for 1 more out of somewhere. Amazing staff. You can take any trip, or rent scooters at the same place...! Did i mention an AMAZING breakfast with an omelet station! And an espresso/cappuccino maker. Dont forget to tip the help! They worked so hard to make my stay amazing!!!

When I was checking out they said I took their towels because the housekeeping checked the room and couldn’t find it and I told them it was in the basket. After they found it they gave the deposit 1000 baht back with no apologies. So disappointed that they didn’t find it really well then said I stole their towels.

Modest bare bones property

It's a very average property with no beachfront whatsoever just kind of cliff that drops off into the ocean so you'll have to go somewhere else if you want a proper beachfront. It's essentially a get what you pay for type of property in the sense that it is priced a bit cheaper than other comparable hotel properties and that is reflected in every aspect of service products and other deliverables. On the plus side it is in a good enough location if you want to be in the middle of the action in that area but it is definitely very basic and barebones in almost every respect and probably not the place to park a car because they have a very very small parking area and if the hotel is fully booked that will certainly pose problems especially with a one-lane path to the main road. Also I found it very inconvenient of them to be inflexible about checkout time and yet at checkout they have the slowest procedure possible with long cues of people trying to check out and catch flights while staff sorts through papers in plastic holders. Quite the scene actually. They could do much better with the breakfast buffet IMHO. Be ready for a long queue if you want to toast bread, get an omelet, or have coffee squirt out of the machines.
