Very extensive kitchen. Nice and warm. Rooms spacious and quiet. No smell, it was so freshly. Lifts directly at the hotel. A little less was evening activities.

Staff is very attentive in many locations, namely ski rental equipment, restaurants but reception lacks the attention and persnal service to elevate the stay to higher standards. great time spent in the Karinna resort. Food was good, service was good, ski station very convenient. Only issue is with the Wifi which is a bit poor in some rooms, and prices for paying services (spa, paying restaurant...) are a bit too high (big european capitals standards) while turkish Lira has been low. Not sure employees salaries have been raised that much.

What I liked most about this hotel are the staff, friendly and always willing to help, and the good food quality. The room was clean and spacious. The condition of the hotel itself are okay, maybe they could switch on more lights in the corridors. I got injured while skiing, the medical care I received in the hotel’s clinic was fast and professional. Much appreciation to the paramedic and the doctor. As for the VIP benefits, I asked not to get the bottle of wine since I don’t drink. However, I wasn’t offered the room upgrade.

Enjoyed it, with some concerns.

The bathroom is in bad condition. Walls are made of wood and you can hear all rooms. Windows are single glazed and you can hear people playing outside and singing at night.
