The bed and the space offered was very good for a capsule hotel. Many places for storage. I did not make use of the breakfast included but it is a nice addition. There were enough shared bathrooms and they were maintained fairly often. It did get messier with increased guests but that was to be expected. The location is ideal because it was right in Arab Street with endless food options.

great stay and great value

had always wanted to stay in a pod style hotel and this did not disappoint. pod felt spacious enough with a gap at the end of the bed to place some of your things. three storage lockers provided per bed - one for shoes, one for bags, and a small one in the pod for valuables. beds very comfortable and staff extremely friendly. would happily stay here again if visiting Singapore. only thing I could say as a negative is that one of the shower rooms smelt a little funky, but I just avoided this one as much as I could

We landed early and were allowed to put our luggage in the hotel. That is the best service. Not so flexible when checking in, although it was only half-an-hour early prior to 3:00 pm. If only a locked door is provided, instead of a blind, for individual cubicle privacy, it would be the best safety feature shared within the cube.

This property is not suitable for couples and mature adults. This is more for backpackers. Very disappointing as I discovered only after I arrived I was able to get better accommodation at a hotel, a proper hotel, where you have a private spacious room with ensuite and the hotel has facilities,like a lounge area to relax which was half the cost I paid. The Cube was the worst experience this far.

Mouldy place and drips from the roof

Even if it’s rated as one or two star hotel we really think this was full of mould. Mould im the showers, mould on the roof and in rooms. The beds where comfy but TV and lights didnt work everywhere. Placed Central with fussy dinner places who wants you to eat there. MRT close Should be even cheaper. The breakfast isn’t worth a try. We reccomend Clinton Street Baking for breakfast.

I arrived late around midnight. There is no elevator and no offer to help get my bags upstairs. There were a couple of pair of shoes next to my cube and shades were down so it appeared someone may be in there. I went back down to check with attendant and he assured me it was empty. I was unaware of lockers under cube so had to make noise getting my bags into the cube. I could hear someone snoring from my cube so not very sound proof at all. Bathrooms were not as clean as I would’ve preferred but I understand since they are shared. I think better support staff would have been helpful in making me feel welcomed but it was late. Definitely an experience.

Nice location. People in kitchen who serve brekafst very nice - woman and young man. If you have hurt knee or you are older insist to sleep on down bed. Send them request in advance. Otherwise, beds are confortable. The hostel has enough bathrooms. There is no space for meeting others. It seems it is just hostel to oversleep.
