チェックイン時のフロントの対応が良かった。 2泊でグリーン対応でベッドシーツの取り換えは頼まなかったが、それでもきれいにベッドメーキングされていた。 朝食は品数も多く、和食は充実していた。 車の駐車では、2階以上の駐車場では、ビルへの入り口が1階にしかなく、2階以上の駐車で荷物の運搬は少し手間だった

宿泊料金清算について最悪の対応でした。 2泊しました、チェックイン時に清算案内がなく 2日目に部屋に戻る際に声をかけられ清算を要求され、チェックイン時に聞いていないと説明すると 数時間後に部屋に電話があり、チェックイン時の担当者に確認したところ未清算という事を伝えられ、清算済みならば領収書を示せとの事 精算のタイミングを案内されていないことを告げ チェックアウト時の清算で良いことを確認 その夜就寝中に電話が鳴り、改めて清算を要求される 前述の通り説明すると引き継ぎミスを認め 謝罪がありました。 アウト時のフロントに確認すると 当ホテルでは連泊者は中日に精算が普通 と説明されイン時に案内がなかった事を告げると そうですか？忘れてたんでしょう？ と言われて非常に不愉快な気持ちで施設を後にしました。 施設は古いが清掃や設備は満足できるレベルだっただけに残念です。 次回からは少し遠くても他の施設を利用します。
