Check- in worked well for us, with a lovely 2 bedroom waterfront apartment provided. Amazing views, 25 minute walk into main city centre attractions. The apartment was in a safe, quiet area and was well equipped.

There needs to be more instructions on parking. Also instructions on getti n g to the unit from street or garage At least for building 62 and 63. Also include the hours of parking. We had no idea the garage closed. A parking pass would be beneficial. I would pay a little extra knowing i had acess to parking. The unit itself is nice. Clean and comfortable for a short stay.

Great location on the water! Very clean apartment, easy check in. Very quiet building. Was perfect for a couple weeks in Bergen on a business trip.

Frustrating and poor communication makes it bad

Lets start with the good: Nice place, clean, large, good kitchen, nice couch, private and quiet. Small balcony but overlooked the water and old town. Location was not bad - not walking distance to anything but not far from bus line and had a washer and dryer. The bad - EVERYTHING else Even though I “paid” on Hotels.com I apparently did not and they had me pay through their portal separately - and it was so poorly communicated and last minute they ended up cancelling my reservation and I had to rebook. I “prearranged parking” but that all went away when it cancelled so had no place to park. Communication was VERY bad - key pickup on a street with no parking, crude written directions to the actual apartment not near there - that were wrong, poorly written, and no clear way to get luggage to the apartment (not even temporary parking - entrance on a busy street no garage). Took a day to get parking arranged and same issue - VERY poor directions, had to message them 5 times to get the parking, and it was 5 buildings away from the apartment. Bed was hard, only two pillows (had to buy our own) - NO amenities (soap, shampoo etc). And shower could not be contained in the shower - leaked all over the entire bathroom for every shower. It was a good deal but definitely not worth all the frustration and difficulty. In particular having to carry luggage up three flights of stairs in the rain was bad. I would definitely not book this again.

the apartment is too small for 3 persons extra bed provided was terrible not water view as per picture over 5000 korona for cleaning and they never show up once in 10 days and ask us to leave it as clean as we found it

Will never again take a corporate apartment. Poor directions on finding apartment within complex, No front desk to ask. Poor layout…..2 doors to bedroom, each going to one side only of the bed. Neither washer nor stove working. No dryer. Gave up after two days. They agreed to refund rest of stay fairly readily.

Beste overnattingene jeg noen gang har hatt i Bergen. Hadde litt problemer med leiligheten vi hadde bestilt men ble flyttet til et annet og alt var bare helt perfekt. Anbefales på det sterkeste og vi kommer absolutt tilbake :) stor leilighet med flere soverom, stort bad, stor fin balkong og veldig godt og kunne lage den maten man selv ønsker med fult utstyrt kjøkken.

Flott sentral leilighet i Bergen

Kjøkkenet var rent og fint, og hadde det man trengte av utstyr til å lage frokost og enkle middager. En ny stekepanne hadde vært litt, for den var ødelagt. Sengen var veldig god, og badet var slik det skal være. Litt mørkt på kveldstid i stuen, kunne vært litt mer belysning. Kunne flyttet inn i en slik fin leilighet. Etter stormen "Amy" fikk jeg problemer med ventilasjonsanlegget. Det pep veldig hele tiden. Vaktmesteren var der for å se på det, men det hjalp ikke. Han sa at de skulle hatt vedlikehold på det. Endte med å skru det av når jeg var hjemme. Dette må fikses, for det var helt sinnsykt irriterende

The apartment was very good and location was amazing. Customer support was also very good. In the shower area there are no soap racks to keep soap's or shampoos. We had to keep it on the floor and I think thats not convenient. Also there was no instructions to use the washing machine. It didnt work, so why keep that machine there.

The key pick up was a complete mess. Should have had an email on the day with key and apartment location. There was no email and no response to telephone call. Eventually we got in touch with group management, and they managed to guide us over telephone to key location. There was still no details on property location and we eventually found it by asking locals. There should have been directions or a map. When booking we asked about parking and noted we had a person with some disability that required close parking, they assured us there was good parking. In fact the parking garage was 5 floors below the apartment with steep steps up 4 of the floors and only a lift for the last.
