Absolutely amazing stay at Shangri-La Colombo! The hotel is stunning and super comfortable, but what really stood out was the incredible service. Special thanks to Nisal at the front desk—so professional and helpful—and Ishani in the lobby lounge, who was warm, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome. Facilities of the property and ambience was great. Rooms were clean and turned down service daily which was excellent stuff for very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately not many authentic Sri Lankan dishes in the flavour was lacking by saying that there was loads of dishes and condiments mainly orientated to its Indian food. overall experience was good.
