We are local and just needed a place to stay while a fix was happening at home. When we get there we had to pay a $200 deposit for being local, due to locals allegedly trashing rooms. Well, I would advise using the $200 deposits you keep to actually fix the trashed rooms because they clearly aren’t. First room we were in had no mini fridge, broken phone chord, beaten up counters, nasty shower, bodily fluid stains on all chairs, what looked like blood marks on curtains… if I was certain I’d get my money back and weren’t tired we would have left. They did put us in new room which all around was better. Until lights went off and I woke up once, turned on light and found small roaches around the coffee maker. Staff was super nice and helpful, particularly at front desk. But management needs to do better allocating funds for maintenance and cleanliness. It was worse than any super 8 experience from my early 20s in the late 1900s. Don’t stay in room 307
