Stayed in 2 different rooms and what a difference! The superior room was quite small with a window but had limited views. After returning from our Halong Bay tour, we were upgraded to a balcony room with a beautiful street view overlooking the Old Quarter. From bun cha to egg coffee to sticky rice and grilled fish, it’s all just a few blocks away. I walked to Train Street twice during my stay, and also visited the night market which is super lively on weekends. It’s in a prime location but not too chaotic, perfect for easing into the Hanoi vibe. Really superb place to stay in the beat of the old city. The staff were stupendous and facilities were excellent and clean.Great quality of breakfast, some of the best black coffee I've ever had in the morning. The hotel was well situated and nicely appointed, but the real treat was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. They take care of us from the moment we check in, asking about our plans and recommended tour information, city sightseeing. We would absolutely stay here again next time we're in Hanoi

Such a lovely experience! Staff was super friendly, the location was great and the room beautiful/ They're great about opening doors, greeting you, and front staff was very helpful. They kept my luggage after I checked out, and when I returned to the hotel to pick up my luggage, they let me use the shower, so I was able to board the plan feeling refreshed. I really enjoyed my stay at Hanoian Central Hotel because of the excellent service provided. I would like to specially commend Elsa for her wonderful customer service and helpfulness. While waiting for our room she went through the neighborhood map and pointed out the sites to see within walking distance. She booked for us a beautiful day trip Ha Long Bay. She also prepared hats for day tour, will ask you whether you need umbrella on raining day and will also recommend a lot of local foods to go. She made the whole trip of Hanoi better

Chanced upon this hotel while looking for a 4 star boutique hotel with good reviews. Never expect that the service and facilities would be so good! The hotel itself is pristine with fantastic accommodations and the entire team working there was so nice and helpful. They made the stay that much more incredible. Tu was who we worked with the most and she was wonderful, she gave us recommendations for things to do and eat nearby and they were all phenomenal recommendations. She helped us arrange travel and was always so kind. There's also daily buffet breakfast provided by the hotel, the spread/variety of food is good. This was my second time staying here. I stayed last year and had a such a great experience that I knew exactly where to book when coming back to Hanoi. I was pleasantly surprised when whey offered me a complimentary upgrade from a superior room to one with a balcony. That small gesture made me feel so valued as a returning guest. The rooms were lovely, the breakfast was great, and the location was perfect, but the hospitality is what truly sets this place apart. During my stay, I wasn’t feeling well one evening, and Molly was so kind, she arranged for a hot meal to be delivered straight to my room. She also offered to prepare ginger tea to help me recover faster. This level of care and attentiveness is something I will never forget. I felt so well taken care of, like I was staying with family. Highly recommend this hotel!
