The breakfast was really good with lots of options. The rooms were well equiped just a little bit older than some of the other places we stayed. It is right next to the Fukushuen gardens which was really nice to walk around and feed the fish. Also walkable distance to Kokusai Dori.

This property was a great find at 9 pm and although it was challenging to communicate with the staff and breakfast buffet was not great, it was nothing bad on the hotel or staff just a fact that they don’t speak English and we don’t speak Japanese. I recommend this hotel to everyone who is staying in the area for a quick and solid place to sleep and eat

古いのは仕方ないですが、トイレの設備の対応をゲストに依存するのは疑問と今後の対応を懸念しました。トイレの水が貯まらないのは設備不良です、それを上下に動かしてそれでも動かなければスタッフをと書かれた書類を常備する事に疑問を感じます。 滞在中、貯水はレバー上下だけでは出来なかった。

価格相応だと思います。 10年以上前から利用していますが、年々サービスの低下を感じざるを得ません。 部屋の清掃、朝食のメニュー、人的配慮など、劣化と言う言葉が適切ではないかとも思いました。

今回家族4人で同じ部屋に泊まりたかったので、こちらのホテルを選びました。最初wifiの環境が悪くて困りましたが、スタッフに相談したら快く修理してくれました。 しいて言えば、4ベットなので通路がかなり狭くて通行が容易く無い。テーブルを置くスペースも無く、お風呂の入り口に取り敢えず置いてあるので使いにくかった。 浴室の照明が暗い。コンセントが少ないので、延長コードが必要になった。枕の上のコンセントは、頭にあたって使いにくい。 お風呂が2つあるのは、非常に嬉しい。ドライヤーも2つ有ると良いと思います。 コスパを考えると、問題の無いまた宿泊したいと思うホテルだと思います。
