わんわんファーストのホテル

ペットを連れて行くには、とても良い環境でした。雨の日でも、館内にドックランがあるし、ホテルの中をお散歩出来て、とても良いと思いました。食事もたくさんのお客さん、わんちゃん達と一緒に食べる事が出来て、とても良い経験でした。

The staff and service are very professional, kind, and very patient with my lack of Japanese fluency. It occurred to me within the first few minutes at the property that it wasn't clearly described as a pet [friendly] hotel with many accomodations for our four legged friends. There's nothing wrong with this, I love pets but was not expecting this as it was not very clear when booking through Expedia. All said, the property was very clean but dated and the rooms/beds fell short on comfort. The view to the ocean was nice, however, the sounds of Pomeranians barking in the lobby may have outshined the views. I have some misgivings on Expedia's representation of the hotel as I probably would have chosen differently and it may have biased my review. For those with pets - it's a good stay and convenient, this just wasn't for me.

古さを感じる施設でしたが、 お部屋はリニューアルされているようで、とてもキレイでした。 しかし、お風呂・トイレはまだリニューアルされていないみたいで、臭いなどが気になりました。 男性は露天風呂のみでした。部屋から遠いことは置いておいて、温めのお湯が気になりました。また、部屋からタオルを持っていかないといけないのもウ～ンでした。タオルを忘れたら、長い距離をまた往復しなければならないし、せっかくの温泉を何度も入りにくいです。 また夕飯も6000円のコースをいただきましたが、満足度は高くないです。 全体的に金額の割にところどころでセコさを感じました。
