Fantastic staff at a lovely, clean and comfortable hotel that I have used several times before. Good sized, well equipped gym and free parking make it my go to in Sunderland every time.The only very minor downside is the coffee machine at breakfast, which looks like a bean to cup machine, but delivers awful instant coffee instead!

Really nice and clean with lovely restaurant and bar area. Good selection of food and beer. Room was large with decent bed, pillows were a bit flat. Wish they would make up the rooms daily but not the worst thing ever, that would be my only complaint really. Close to whatever you would need in Sunderland. Just an Uber away.
