Over night stay
We stayed for one night and found the reception staff on our arrival and check out very polite and helpful. We had booked a twin bedded room which was very clean, comfortable and had nice finishing touches such as an iron and ironing board a hairdryer, flat screen tv and curtains that actually closed because they were fitted correctly and had enough material in them to allow them to completely cover the window giving total privacy and blocking out the light. There was also a vertical blind fitted at the window which was good instead of usual useless piece of net curtain that barely covers the window.
I also asked for two extra pillows for the beds which was not a problem for the reception member of staff who promptly brought them to our room for us.
The only couple of things I would ask management of the hotel to see about implementing is to fit a grab rail by the toilet to assist people to get off it more easily and the second thing is to create more disabled parking spaces at the hotel for I could only find two spaces both of which were being used upon our stay at the hotel.
We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return to this hotel.
