Gråsten is a wonderful place with an inpressive royal garden and castle. The staff is friendly, called me after finding my laptop still in the room. They sent it to my home address with care and I will definitely come back!

Disappointing

Not what it used to be. I stayed here many times a few years back. The place used to have personality and service. The bedding was horrible, luckily I had my own in the car and brought it upstairs. The pillows where lousy beyond description. The light turns on stadium bright in the bathroom - very annoying when you want to go back to sleep at 4am. Very noisy from the street at night. No toiletries except hand soap/shampoo - all in all extremely stingy vibe. Breakfast was terribly boring and the coffee machine must be cleaned at least - the coffee was undrinkable. I will not come back, and now understand why my mother wondered why I had recommended the place to her. It’s simply not up to the mark- and finally they send waaay to many emails ahead of the stay for self check in…

Not a good experience

I did a late booking because I knew the hotel. I did not get any link/sms with pin etc and the contact to customerservice was complicated - took 40 min to get all solved just before midnight I was installed in a different building from before, and the information was extremely poor. There was a terrible smell in the building and the quality of the room was way lower than expected. Last, there was no code for getting in to the building the following morning for breakfast Not a good experience, and I am not going there again, even it’s a good location for me 1-2 nights a week I am very satisfied with hotels.com 👍

Har været der før og var godt tilfreds. Det var ikke det samme hotel vi kom til. Døråbning var en katastrofe. Når det var mørkt var det svært at taste koden. Inden man bookede ville det have været rart at vide at restauranten var lukket - ikke smart. På badeværelset var 2 håndklæder og 4 vaskeklude. Ingen bademåtte og intet lille håndklæde til håndvask. Så vi kommer ikke igen..😢

Ikke et hotel vi vil anbefale til andre

slet ingen betjening, slet ingen som man kunne henvende sig til. der var meget skimmelsvamp (sort) på begge vinduesrammer, hvilket havde stor indvirkning på mig. Der var slet ingen mulighed for at tale med nogen om at få et andet værelse. vandhanen på håndvask udløste sig selv når man gik 20 cm ind på badeværelse og når man var på toilet. spild af vand, der var heller ingen regulering af varmt vand/koldt vand, stod på "standard". Dørkode er FØRST aktiv præcis kl. 15.00 Svært at finde parkeringsplads som ligger lige ved NETTO. Måtte spørge os for hos en gammel mand som sad på bænken på torvet, han tilføjede, at det var der ingen gæster som kunne finde hotellets parkering. Morgenboller var mega tørre, minutboller som smuldrede når de blev skåret over. Der ligger ellers en dejlig bager lige overfor med lækkert brød. Vi mødte kun en dame som stod for morgenbuffet, hun var sur og kunne ikke svare på noget som helst.

Vi har boet hos Jer i samme lejlighed mange gange. Vil sige at den trænger til et eftersyn. Stuk er ved at falde ned i stuen. Køkken mangler at blive opdateret med service og bestik.
