Very nice modern apt with mini fridge, right in the heart of the action, literally a marble street at your doorstep. Because of that cannot uber directly to front of building. Very short walk to meet uber. Close to old town, rail. Enjoyed our stay there. Couple of maint issues. Small crack on toilet seat. Nice big modern shower. Can get slippery when wet. Great location and staff.

Great stay!

Great location near both Roma Termini and the Colosseum. The apartment is tucked away and requires a few steps and keys to get inside, but my son and I felt very safe. The apartment is also comfortable and well equipped, although we chose to enjoy the neighborhood and local eateries. Last but not least, Michele was responsive, helpful, and an overall wonderful host!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Domenichino. The location was amazing, apartment super cute and clean and everything went well from check in to check out. Our host M was attentive to any questions/requests. This was our first time visiting Rome and we hope to see you again soon.

We selected this property amount others because it was closed by the metro station and at a walking distance from the Colosseum. The property pictures in the advertisement are not only our rental apartment, but it was a good set up for two adults and two young people to stay for 3 days. The cleaning of the apartment was deficient, although we are to pay for the cleaning fee. The dirt is noticeable on the wall moldings, mold on the walls next to the windows, the refrigerator was leaking water from the freezer full of ice, the mold on multiple parts of the shower wall. No toilet paper, which it was mentioned to the host and he brought it. The bed sheets and towels were clean. There is a washer machine option but you need to buy the detergent. It has a kitchen option with microwave. It is a good option for Rome travelers, but need to pay attention to the cleaning and basic needs.

Michele was an amazing host! Went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The house was spotless before we arrived, and it was truly a pleasure to be in such a clean and inviting space. The hospitality was second to none, and every day she made sure we had whatever we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, amazing restaurants nearby, and even took time to make other suggestions to ensure we have a a magical trip. Their kindness and generosity made our stay memorable, and we're so grateful for they’re hospitality. Thank you again for being such a great host and making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back to visit soon!

Would be hard pressed to call this a luxury property. Aside from the redesigned bathroom, the remainder of the suit was reminiscent of a university dorm or halfway house. Relying on a single key for family made planning separate outings difficult. Also, no service for towels replacement on the weekend For the price was expecting more. The good side is the Monti neighbourhood is conveniently located and lots of pubs and restaurants in the area

It was a good,clean, bright, and central place. 11 min walk to Roma termini station. 5 min to Basilica Of Santa Maria Maggiore. Can sleep 4, but sofa bed and pillows were not comfortable. Because of its central location, it was noisy even with the windows closed. However it had fresh air flow which was important for us. No elevator so have to carry luggage up the stairs and use lockbox for access to room. Michele was very responsive and accessible by message.

Michele is excellent Everything was good except I guess the AC for the apartment is not fully calibrated (powerful enough) for the square meter of the property. Perhaps additional table fan could have eased our discomfort during our stay in European heatwave of late July 2022. Very close to local train/ national rail, shopping, dining, pharmacy and all the main attractions are under 10 euro cab ride away. Would love to comeback again if there was a powerful AC or additional fan.

The apartment is located in a quiet side street that is close to both the main train terminal and the Colosseum. There are plenty of restaurants, groceries stores, cafes and other small shops within walking distance. The unit we stayed in is roomy and well equipped. There is a dining table and a lovely couch that doubled as a sofa bed. There is a kitchen with a good-sized fridge, microwave and stove. There is even a small washing machine which is super handy for the hot Rome summer. We stayed in plenty of 4/5 stars hotels and this place beats all of them in term of cleanliness. I would hire their cleaner if I live in Rome. There wasn't a speck of dust anywhere in the apartment. Shower glass and mirrors were spotless. Bedding and towels were clean and smelled fresh. Above all was the host that we dealt with. Very responsive and super polite, even to our Canadian standard :-) He even sent us recommendations for restaurants and stores nearby, which was very helpful as there are so many of them. Overall a very pleasant stay! Definitely recommended.

Worst accommodation due to BLACK MOLD poisoning!

With our first shower at the property I smelled mold and immediately alerted the booking manager. I was told that the building's pipes smell after a heavy rain and that there is nothing to worry about. I pushed it from my mind and went out to sightsee. In the mornings, after showering, I noticed my asthma flaring up and I was sneezing with itchy throat/eyes/etc. I figured I had allergies and went about sightseeing but would feel better out of the unit. After my symptoms became more severe I put it all together that we had been breathing in black mold spores with EACH SHOWER we took. It was hard to see the mold as it blends into the black shower tile and because the bathroom lighting is very poor. It wasn't until we shined our phone flashlights into the tiny shower did we see all the black mold EVERYWHERE. Over all that time of being repeatedly exposed, I became very ill. While I did feel better after leaving the property the next morning, I still had headaches, inflamed sinuses, a cough, and trouble breathing with asthma wheezing for WEEKS even after we returned home. Black mold is incredibly serious and a health hazard and I am so fortunate that our 3 year old daughter was not harmed. To date, the property (who couldn't care less) and Hotels.com has refused to provide compensation for this situation. I trusted Hotels.com to provide a safe and reputable place for me and my family to stay and instead we were put in a hazardous situation with zero consumer protection.

Merveilleux endroit. Super bien située. Je recomma

Nous avons eu un très beau séjour. Alessandro est un super hôte. J'avais des questions avant le départ et il m'a toujours répondu très rapidement par whatsapp. L'appartement est très bien située. À 10 minutes de marche de la gare, à 5 miutes de marche de la ligne de métro A ( station Vittorio Emmanuel) et à maximum 9 minutes de la station Carvour ( ligne B).Le quartier eat hyper tranquille. Nous y dormons très bien. L'air climatisée fonctionne adéquatement. À notre arrivée, nous avons contacté Alessandro qui est arrivée 2 minutes plus tard. Il nous a permis de déposer nos bagages dans un endroit barré sous clé et nous a tout expliqué. Nous étions dans l'edifice séparé. L'endroit était super propre, les lits comfortables et il y avait tout le necessaire pour cuisiner ( mini-frigo aussi). Il y a aussi shampooing, gel-douche et serviettes de bain. Je recommande fortement cet endroit qui nous avait été recommandé.
