I love staying here, staff and security guards are friendly and helpful. Only problem is the hotel has 2 elevators, they shut down 1 elevator to save cost but they keep hanging a signage saying "under maintenance". It is very inconvenient and sometimes long waiting time for the elevator. The elevator can house only 4 passengers.

We ended up having to book the last available room after an airline delay, and our original hotel was unable to extend. Place was clean, staff professional and courteous. They were able to provide a 2 hour early check in without charge (though earlier would have cost 1000p). Water pressure and temperature were excellent, which is hard to find at lower price hotels. Wish we had booked here for the whole trip! Breakfast is available, but pricy at $499 per head, and be sure to arrive early. We came down at 9, and found not much left but rice! Hotel is a small 6 story building surrounded by skyscrapers like Westin, in the busy downtown. We had a front corner room, and noise could be an issue at night, with loud motorcycles illegally dragging up and down the street. Im told by a long term resident guest that the rear rooms are preferred for this reason, despite facing a wall with no view. If you booked on a higher floor may be less of an issue. All in all, i’d give it a 9/10 for an economy hotel. If it had more floors, to get you above the noise it would be 10/10.
