There was no shuttle pickup, as indicated, at the airport. Ended up paying for a cab. No apologies or nothing at the front desk. Overpriced and less-than-mediocre buffet.

Convenient near the airport

Remodeling made it hard to recognize the place and where the entrance was. It has a little gym onsite, which was nice. The room was clean except for some mold in the shower. The breakfast buffet was nice. The staff was helpful but not warm and friendly.

The hotel looks more like Hostel. The rooms are tiny, the bathroom sink is next to your pillow. The beds are hard and very uncomfortable. The staff is not friendly, no sense of customer service to make guest enjoy stay. The breakfast was ok nothing special. I was planning to stay here a week later and i cancelled reservation. Plus the access in the front of hotel is cover and difficult to see. Not good communication with the staff or shuttle driver.

Treated like clowns

The room was fine...Well !! Light comes trough the sides of the curtain, if that bothers you!!! The problem was with the Shuttle from the airport is joke!!! I called them around 11:40 pm and was told the the shuttle would depart the hotel at 12:00 and would be at the pick up point at around 12;15 or so. At 12:30 I called them again, nothing. There were 4 more people calling them. They never showed up, and they kept telling us that the Van showed up when it never did. Around 12:40pm everybody decided to get an Uber. Total disrespect, treated like clowns.

Uma noite de terror em Guarulhos

Por favor,e sse hotel deveria fechar até que tenha condições de atender o público em relaão à estrutura e equipe. A maior alegria foi a hora de ir embora! Passamos uma noite no Sleep Inn Guarulhos, em conexão de voo. A primeira impressãofoi de que uma reforma estruturalé mais que necessária para que o hotel pareça mais receptivo. Depois, para conseguirmos um café, a recepção pediu para irmos numa espécie de "mercadinho" que fica ali no hall mesmo. A pessoa que estava atendendo lá, com certeza não precisa desse emprego ou já está exausta dele, uma vontade terrível em atender. Já no quarto, o chão do banheiro estava grudento e haviam cabelos dentro do box. O isolamentoacústico é tenebroso. Durante a noite toda pessoas gritavam pelos corredores e especialmente no quarto vizinho ao nosso. Tentei contato com a recepção pelo telefone do quarto, mas o mesmo não funcionava. Aí liguei pelo meu celular para avisar sobre o tumulto,mas nada foi feito. Nao havia transfer disponível de manhã. Enfim, jamais voltaremos.

O quarto tinha um cheiro de esgoto insuportável . Cheguei cansada para tomar um banho, descansar um pouco e ir para o aeroporto. Acabei saindo o mais rápido que pude, pois estava com o horário apertado e ter que descer e pedir para trocar de quarto e fazer a troca ia me estressar mais ainda.
