The staff are friendly and wanting to help. The hotel is directly opposite the Hilton. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops and bars nearby. The hotel has a nice feel to it, not anonymous like some big hotels.

Clean comfortable and in middle of Hua Hin.

In the centre of Hua Hin. Rooms are good size. Comfortable and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Less than 10 mins walk to morning markets, night markets, beach and Jetty restaurants. Only nit pick is that the air conditioning control is high up. Needs to stand on chair to adjust temperature.

The hotel was fine but not great. The area around the hotel is extremely noisy at night with bars and loud music until 2-3am each morning, and no sound proofing between the outdoors and your hotel room. Staff were very friendly and helpful though.

Room is clean and tidy. Slept on top floor so noise from pubs, shops etc were at a minimal. Hotel is located close to beach (short walk). I would happily book in again if I return to Hau Hin.

Good fresh old style hotel in the center

Good fresh hotel in the middle of all buzz. Walking distance to everything. In an area with tons of bars, restaurants, massage shops. Super friendly and service oriented staff. Comfortable bed. Good aircon. No hot water. I checked out at 4am so never got to try their breakfast.

Won't be back.

The room was very small, the en suite was tiny, Air con noise kept us awake, so we asked for a fan and Recieved one. This just took more of the room up. My friend requested an iron 3 times and never received it. Swimming pool not very inviting, so we never used it. Breakfast average. Receptionist was very helpful when enquired about a trip. Maids give extra towel when we asked. Just one disturbing thing on top of other complsints was. There was an elderly gentlemen urinating into a bowl in the lift one afternoon when we got in the lift. He had the bowl and it was very smelly.

Great property across from the overpriced Hilton. Overall a really great experience, facilities, staff & location are fantastic. Free cooked to order breakfast each morning was a really nice to start to my day. Food options around the hotel were exceptional & there is something for everyone’s palette. Pool location on the 2nd floor & more or less hidden within the hotel was meh, but the beach being so close makes up for it. Hotel is girl friendly for those of you wondering, just need an ID check at reception. Minibar is restocked every morning for a very reasonable price if used. Water pressure & temperature in the showers were great. Location is very central to bars, restaurants, massage parlours ect. The hotel is CLEAN! Which was a nice change from my cockroach invested airbnb in Bangkok. Staff are very friendly & willing to help with any questions or concerns & they happily helped arranged my car back to BKK airport. Only real downside was the lack of options on the TV, stuck with cable & no Netflix, Youtube ect but in all reality if you’re in Hua Hin & spending much time on Netflix then it’s your loss. If this is an issue for you, then I highly recommend an HDMI cord & adapter to you Iphone, problem solved. Highly recommend. Will be back next time in Hua Hin.

I had a poor experience at the fresh inn. At arrival during check in the hotel manager pointed out we had an extra guest which is 3 in 1 room. I said yes but I booked and paid for 3 bit the team still said they are not aware and room is not ready for 3 and I have to pay extra to add a bed. I said whatever do ehat you have to do I booked for 3 and I will check myexpedia receipt. At check out they asked me to pay extra so I show them my receipt and they apologize but the room was not proper for 3 Breakfast was OK just good enough, bed was comfortable enough, internet wifi was terrible and unacceptable this was the deal breaker that I will never stay here or recommend this hotel 5o anyone. Couldn't get wifi to save my life very patchy on and off in a small room. Water pressure on sink was poor couldn't wash my face AC was still manual dial turn couldn't get it right The deal breaker is the wifi you will not have internet access without a Thai data, I never review after 50 stays in other hotels around the world but this one got me good with trying to charge extra guest fee when I already paid and room is not ready for 3 when you advertise and I booked a room that sleeps 3, they had 3 days to check Expedia but nobody bothered and insist I still need to pay extra guest fee at checkout when all they had to do was call Expedia or check the receipt which they overlooked or whatever it's not the customer fault, its between the hotel and Expedia to handle that funding issue if any

Leuk en net hotel, centraal gelegen

Leuk hotel, pal in het centrum van Hua Hin. Heel dicht bij de zee, restaurants en uitgaansgelegenheden. Alles is dus makkelijk te voet bereikbaar. Nette superior kamer. Zwembadje aanwezig op de 2de verdieping. Ontbijt was in orde.
