Hard to find, signage on the side of the building coming down the alley is faded and tough to see from a distance. The pool was very good the first few days but rather murky the third, I suspect that the chemicals were not balanced. Nice à la carte breakfast. We were supposed to have a “deluxe poolside” room, nothing too deluxe about it. Great beach access from the restaurant, decent beach furniture. Overall a good budget stay for the price we paid.

Cockroach Nighmare

We booked the Family Beachfront Cottage at Apple Beachfront resort. It was more on the pricy side but we decided to treat ourselves and in the pictures it looked very nice. Unfortunatelly the reality was far from nice at all. The room was a dump to be honest and on top of that it was dirty and smelly. The staff seemed to have no clue at all that we had made a reservation and paid in full so the checkin was a nightmare on it’s own. However we decited to make the best of it because we were only staying for a couple of nights and we were on the beach afterall. When it was time to turn in and we moved one of the pillows a heard of huge cocroaches spread out throughout the bed. We discovered that the wall molding was down behind one of the beds and cocroaches were litreally curling up on the sides and in the bed. We were horrified! That was the final drop and we decided that we couldn’t stay there. No one from the staff was there and we werent able to contact them on the phone. Fortunatelly we got a room in a hotel nearby after a short walk, because it was past midnigt afterall. The following day we went back to Apple beach and demanded a refund but the hotel declined our request as did Hotels.com. So in the end we had to pay for another hotel on top of the first one. Terrible service, dirty common areas, just entirely unaccaptable!

Does not look anything like the pictures, unfortunately we prepaid so we couldn’t get any refund but we left the place immediately and checked in at a resort down the street!

Meh.......

We paid aroung 100 a night for an icean view. Everything was old. The bed linens, the towels, the room, the patio,...everything needed an update. we stayed 2 nights. There were 1 other group then us. i think we were the only guests in the hotel one night. Our room included breakfast, which was never offered and if it was, who knows how fresh the food was. I understand that it is low season, but there are no excuses for how this place looked. The deck chairs were filthy and sweeping the sand off of the deck would be nice. There was a resort a few doors down that was completly empty, but it looked great and tidy and they even swept the beach. But i wanted a room "ON THE BEACH", and i got that. Apple has some very affordable rooms, and i get it, but a little pride in appearance would go a long way.

I chose to stay here for 3 nights but it ruined my vacation. The rooms was not well maintained. The bathroom drain was clogged. Staff's children play in the pool everyday. Staffs gathering, drinking and smoking by the pool in the evening every night. NOT WORTH THE PRICE.

Not worth the money (55$)

The staff is so Not service minded, they are almost rude some times (except for to guy in blue shirt running the place and the cleaning guys, they are kind and good. Same with the lady’s who works in the massage area). The staff also have kids running around and screaming half of the night and early mornings… worst coffe I ever had in breakfast. Breakfast not worth 100 bath.

OK for the money (~60$/night)

The staff is really not service-minded, almost ”rude” sometimes and talking bad or no English from Cambodia. The bed is ok with Thai-standard (hard but not the worst I’ve slept in, the rooms are very loudly (paper walls), breakfast was nothing I would recommend with probably the worst coffee in Thailand. You need to ask them to ”clean” the rooms but they are understaffed so it can take up to a hole day to get the room cleaned. The location is good, pool okey but cold.

Beautiful place on the beach the manager was fantastic and always so kind and willing to help you with anything. They arranged tours very well and travelling to and from the property, my little bungalow in front of the beach was just fabulous. They do have a pool it’s not open yet they’re working on it but it’s a beautiful pool when it’s down it will be fantastic.

Totally disorganized. Booked a room with a pool view an got put into a room way at the back looking out into a jungle. No remote control for the AC. Had to remove key fob to turn off, which, left me with no other power.

Basic hotel a little run down ,great location

We booked Apple Beach Resort last minute as part of our trip to the Bangkok area . The resort looks great online and actually it is ok although a bit run down . The room was not very clean either was the bedding , we had to request that this was sorted out and it was without argument. The room was very basic but for the price we paid acceptable . The place is no thrills basic and a bit run down in a lovely location right in the middle of the white sands area .

Det bedste ved stedet var beliggenheden som vist ikke kan fåes meget bedre på White sands Beach Hotellet var slidt, morgenmad var jævn kedelig de varme retter var kolde uanset hvornår vi kom for at spise om morgen Poolen kunne ikke bruges de første 3 dage da den fyldt sand og blade på 4 dagen blev den rent gjort
