When I first read the reviews, I was reluctant to book this hotel. But I saw some recent photos that the hotel has been renovated. Everything provided was very professional and clean. The queue management at the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was very efficient. Free-flow alcohol beverages was a plus.

We have an amazing time! From the check in to the arrival celebration. The rooms were amazing and so large! The onsen was very family friendly. Play spaces indoor and out were outstanding. Breakfast left us speechless. Our only regret is not getting dinner. Such an amazing experience

宿泊、ありがとうございました。 プールと公園が併設しているので、小さい子供が遊ぶにはちょうどよくゆっくりした時間を過ごせました。レストランからの眺めがよく日没あたりは景色の変化が見れて大人も楽しめる時間です。 ホテル周辺や車ならハイランドパークに朝からいえるので、少し大きい子供でも楽しめる時間は作れると感じました。 一方でプールへの導線が悪いの案内が少なく確認することが多かったので部屋からの導線に合わせて見直してもらいたい、更衣室が衛生的にもよくないのでロッカーの位置やモノを置けるベンチや棚をつけてほしい。子どもがいる環境に合わないのでとても使いづらいと感じました。
