Susan, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The access to river has always been my favorite thing about this hotel. Thats why we keep coming back
Nichalene, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Sitting on the upstairs deck and listening to the kids play during the day or quiet evening time in the rocking chairs

Desperately needs TLC

Lovely view. Balcony was nasty...spider webs, trees that had been trimmed was not picked up, left dying on the bank and in the river. Sorry I will not stay again
Joy, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Everyone was so nice. We brought our dog for her first trip to the mountains to hike with the family and this was the perfect stay right by the river and very relaxing.
Taylor, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Horrible condition. Water leaked in from the bathroom ceiling. The beds were so old and worn they had big divits in them.
Guy, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Older, dated rooms located on the RIVER, and across from the Cherokee Veteran's Park and the Council House (Tribal Headquarters). Nice location!
Christian, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Bed wasn't comfortable. Room was very nice.
Dean, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

John at the desk was extremely helpful upon check in. The hotel is old but in great condition for its age, lovely views of the river and quiet except for trucks first thing in the morning. Middle of everywhere you would wish to go. Very reasonably priced
Gwyneth, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Very Very close to main road, all night as the cars would turn the curve head lights and tail light would shine into the room. Need black out curtains and another blanket and it would be wonderful.
Ronald, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Pool was closed it was dirty and the bed broke in the middle of night and I Landon the floor
Tony, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

For the price i paid the room was old and worn out. Hot water lasted for about 10 minutes. They advertise a jetted tub how are you suppose to fill it? The place is dated and run down. Blinds were broken and heat barely worked from an outside unit. Will not stay ever again.
Herbert, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The river and ducks are priceless and the staff are the nicest people I’ve ever experienced in a hotel the only problem I had was with bathroom and also I didn’t have a fridge but it’s alright if you have a cooler. I’ll give it a 8/10
Timothy, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Property is outdated and in need of repairs

Smells

The decor was dated but cute. The thing that was overwhelming was the smell when the door was open. There was an over powering musty, moldy smell. The bathroom floor was dirty. My brother-in-law and grandson started itching, so we didn't stay and headed home.

Let down

Room was suppose to be water view was moved into a parking lot view. Also, heat/ac didn't work. Smoke free room had ashtray. Bloody bandage on covers.
Cindy, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Worst place to stay

Pool was closed...I was on the second Floor. Sheets were dirty. No hot water to take a Shower...the tile in bathroom stuck to my foot. Bathroom area looked like blood on wall. Ice in a room with no light. The beside dirty sheets Need new mattress springs hitting your back. Horrible place stay.
Debbie, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Ok

Ahh, it was ok. The lady running the check in was awesome! She done an excellent job. Sadly, after that, things went south. I had the job of getting an 80yr old woman to the second floor without the assistance of an elevator. No big deal if I had been forwarded.
Robert, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Well this is the truth. Upon arrival the woman behind the counter acked as thou I wasn't even there. After about 30 seconds l let her know that I was standing there and she then finally acknowledged that I was standing there. I found this very disrespectful. Finally got my room and went upstairs and opened the door. The room smelt like dirty carpet and was very outdated. The beds were very uncomfortable as were the pillows. The only positive thing that I could say was the view of the river from the balcony. This hotel is very outdated and obviously not well maintained. Both myself and my wife would not stay at this hotel again. Would not recommend.Woke up with a terrible backache and maybe got four hours of sleep.
Michael, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The heater fun was broken. Office was closed most of the time
Javad, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Out side was wonderful! Room was dated & smelled of mildew, toilet was like sitting on a rocking chair & the shower was patched very poorly.
Staci, 5-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good

Everything was great except for the bed. It was a little too firm for my preference. And the air conditioning only has one setting.
Mitchell, 2-night trip
