Great location, but...

Pros: Location is perfect. Nothing else to say about it. Hotel looks quite new as well. Friendly staff. Cons: Could hear everything happening in the rooms above and beside mine like baby crying, people walking, street noises... Breakfast was ok, but as it is Gramado I was expecting it to be better. One day they ran out of scrambled eggs and coffee in the buffet without noticing.

Ficamos neste hotel por 5 dias e, a principio, escolhemos por conta da localização que é perfeita. Porém, acho interessante pontuar outras questões. Primeiramente, o atendimento é impecável, a atenção que foi dada a nós e a nossa filha (1 ano), nunca tivemos nenhum outro hotel e acho que esse é um dos pontos principais do hotel, a competência da equipe. O café da manhã é muito bom, não chega a ser impressionante, mas acho que não deixa a desejar. No último dia, tivemos que fazer o check out antes do início do café e foi muito tranquilo o contato com a equipe. Ficamos no quarto mais simples e, de fato, é um pouco pequeno, mas nada que prejudica a estadia. A arrumação dos quartos também é impressionante. Tiveram a delicadeza de deixarem um lixo extra para a fraldas da bebê, mesmo sem pedir. O restaurante também atende super bem, com pratos bons e de rápido preparo. O espaço kids também é bem amplo, muito além do que esperávamos. Enfim, se pudesse dar mais de 5 estrelas, daria. O preço condiz perfeitamente com o que o hotel ofereço. Obs.: Em um dos dias tivemos um imprevisto com o carro (manobrista) que nos trouxe um pequeno atraso de 10 minutos. O hotel foi super solicito e, inclusive, se desculparam com uma cartinha super delicada colocada no nosso quarto. Acho que esse carinho com o hospede torna tudo diferente.
