Loved the location and amenities. Great beach front, pool and hot tub. Staff was great. Only complaint was extremely lumpy pillows, which made sleeping difficult.

The breakfast and selections were plentiful. The room clean and tidy at all times as attendants were there to watch and assist . Checkin I noticed was welcoming and friendly too all on a late afternoon shift. The super shift around 8pm one night easily and cheerfully solved a major problem I had quickly with empathy. I will always book Bayshore Traverse City in the future and by the way great location and quiet beach!
