The property was well maintained and clean. However many amenities were not functional like pool was cold, room spa was out of order and even the dryer was off. The staff are very supportive and friendly. Rooms were very clean. Location can't be better than this place with easy free parking.

Rather dated property and age really shows in the facilities like the kitchenette, shower and television etc. Room is decently clean with some odd stains here and there (carpet /walls) However location is excellent, very close to amenities, walkable and near to the starting point for trails, easy to drive to and from hiking trails. Staff also very helpful and friendly. Discount offered at diner too if you show your lodge key.

The property is right in Halls Gap, a small resort town in an amazing area called The Grampians in Victoria, Australia. It's like, "Say no more" Google it and you'll see what I mean. ๐Ÿ˜

The customer service is above the standard. When someone parked in my parking lot, they tried to find my a lot and then was taken again by some visitors and they followed it up. The reception was very professional and has a very polite altitude.

Booked two nights, stayed one. Creepy crawlies on bed. Reception open 8am-8pm, so managed as best we could for the night. Checked room on arrival but did not pull bed covers to check for creepy crawlies. Still charged for one sleepless night. Such a pity as property is in great location - convenient walk to town centre.

Terrible stay away: we have not stayed there and have choosen another hotel, if possible zero stars, we were afraid of getting sick in this dirty dirty motel. We have booked a room with 2 bedrooms , 1 with 1 bed, 1 with 2 beds. our expedia rate was for 4 persons but in the room they have a note that when we use 2 beds we have to pay more. The good reviews were from the past, long ago. The reception is not in use, you have to make a phone call for someone to come. If you don't have an AUS Simcard it cost you a lot of money. Stay away!!!
