We had a lovely stay. Staff where amazing. Pools are a must we had agreat time relaxing in the hot pool. This is a must if you are in Okauia. We will be back next time for longer. Also thank you for the upgrade it was a beautiful wee home .

Shower needed upgrading but overall the family unit was clean, spacious and comfortable. Outdoor surroundings beautifully maintained and pools a delight. Good value for money.

Liked the prices, everything walking distance. Didnt like how thin the walls are and being able to hear the littlest things from both cabins on either side= need to put something in to help with noise

We fully enjoyed our 2 nights stay, so quiet an the view is worth seeing, staff in office are welcoming an friendly, property were tidy an clean daily an amenities were closeby an clean, toilets an showers were clean an tidy an easy parking, walking distance too the hot & cold pools, beautiful gardens, kitchen cabins needs a upgrade abit outdated, double bed was small, mattress was hard an you could feel the springs when you lie on bed, Rm 7 ranchslider wouldnt slide across, you had too lift the door upwards too slide across an too lock door, kitchenette was small bench space an fan in the room had a rattle when turned on, so it was noisey an annoying but we adapted an loved our stay, we will definately reccomend in coming back again

No WiFi (you cannot even use your own data as they clearly have a blocker) except if you pay their extortionate WiFi rates for minimal data. Not a good look this day & age. We were trying to organise funeral, so we had to go off-site to do this, pointless staying here, as we were looking for time out to clear our heads and make further arrangements. Don't recommend at all.

I found the whole properties facilities being good and not hard to access, I would say put something more in place for the cars up at the cabins as some had more vehicles than suppose to and also have a system that better makes other guests know to stop being noisy and also the cabin I was in the door kept jamming which made it hard to lock. I didn't like there were cobwebs and spiders on the roof an no vacuum or broom offered if your there for longer than 3 days. Plus beds were dusty on the top bunks. Suggest to have a better airflow for condensation.

Overall a good stay. Room was clean and comfortable. However the shared toilets/shower was old and rather grimy. So we bath in the shower block instead. Expedia was not great though. First the listing was incorrect - the room did not have a bathroom at all as stated. -second when we wanted to change and upgrade the room, I assumed I would be paying a little more. I did not ask for a refund but rather an upgrade so was willing to pay more. Instead they were planning to cancel the payment for that room and made me pay for another room which means I am paying for 2 rooms instead. When is an upgrade considered a cancellation? Apparently Expedia thinks so. This is the 2nd time I had a rather bad experience with Expedia. I suppose this means I should be wary of it in the future.
