ICE BATH FOR A POOL

Overall the stay was great but my children were looking forward to the pool so that's why we choose this hotel is because the pool looked nice and we love best westerns but the pool was like an ice bath and was way to cold to enjoy and my children hated.

I appreciated how quiet this hotel was. The check-in and check-out process was easy and staff were pleasant. I’ve stayed in several hotels while traveling for work and would definitely stay here again. The only thing I wish were different was breakfast being served at 5:30 am for those like me who have to be to work before breakfast is served.

Typical Best Western Experience

Staff was great and the room was very clean. Only issues I had was with the layout of the hotel (I.e. laundry on the 2nd floor, breakfast not near the reception, etc) and the tv in my room didn’t work (it would turn on but was stuck on weather channel, it would take about 2-3 minutes to be able to change channels and even then it was slow changing channels).

Overall very clean, breakfast was good, easy check in and out. We stayed for a basketball tournament in the area and so the hotel was full of young kids who were running the halls constantly, being on the first floor meant we heard a ton of noise up above. We turned the fan on and were able to tune it out at night, though.
