We really enjoyed our stay here! The whole property was newly renovated and the lobby, pool area and rooms were all very nicely decorated. The pool area was awesome and the the property itself was about a 15 min walk to the downtown area. The hotel also offered bikes for free for guests to use. Me and my husband had an amazing time staying here and our experience was awesome! This hotel also seemed really kid friendly.

Fun Retro Hollywood Asian Vibe

Very well appointed place… It has a 1950s retro Hollywood Asian vibe… very fun. Landscaping is EXCELLENT. We didn’t have kids with us but it’s a great family spot! I will say adding some yogurt and granola to the morning donuts and fruit would be a big step up!! For the price.. not too much to ask!! A nice walk to town and very easy bike ride!! Had a nice stay.

I had a decent time at the Beachside Hotel in Nantucket, but there were a few things that really took away from the experience. When I checked in, I found someone else’s used bra in the dresser and used towels still hanging behind the bathroom door. The rooms themselves were very small, and the pool was surprisingly murky—not what I’d expect for the price. Overall, it was okay, but definitely not up to the standard I was hoping for.

HOTEL was NOT even open for business

I am requesting an immediate refund for this hotel because it was NOT even open for business. In fact, the hotel is CLOSED until next May. I had to drag my whole family and our luggage through the freezing cold in Nantucket to find another hotel that is open. I don’t know why they sent me an online check in email. They told me that I have to get my refund through Hotels.com
