Checking in and checking out was good. The room was clean but very outdated. The bed was comfy and I slept well. The shower wall grout was stained and rather unsightly. Terrific water pressure, but it took several minutes for the temperature to get up. There is NO continental breakfast though - not even coffee. Considering the cost of a 1 night stay, it was worth the $73. If it were going to be a longer trip, I would probably check out other options.

Thought it might retain the charm it had a few years ago. It did not, and Ephrata has become a red, white and blue blight. No thanks! We spent our trip at Soap Lake instead.

The room rate that was booked was $65. Upon check-in, I was charged a room rate of $89. It took several minutes to clear that up during check-in.

Tenant/owner was extremely rude. We could only book here because there was nothing left, were double charged for the room and then another charge later in the day we checked out. Do not recommend. Owner was pounding on the door at 9am to check out, even though check out is at 11am.

Disgusting room!

This room had not been cleaned in months, it was unbelievable to see the amount of accumulated dust! Not counting there was mold in the bathroom. I was not expecting a luxury room but certainly always expect a room to be clean. There was no way I was going to stay, no way! We left 30 minutes after checking in, drove 1 hour to Wanatchee for a much better place.

It was a last resort situation. I booked on expedia it said i could pay at the property! I get to the property and he said sin e i was paying cash i had ti pay a deposit. Well i didnt have that. When i booked my room it was 58.08 or something. I ended up paying $65 because i didnt have it on a credit card. Room was dark not enough lighting..

Yikes!

The building is very run down and falling apart. The vibe is creepy. Can hear all of the street noise loudly all night as well as a train behind the building passing by several times. Heard a customer yelling at someone working there outside, causing a scene. Could hear the sound in the rooms below and around. Found 3 pubic hairs on the toilet seat when we first arrived. Kind of cold and didn’t feel safe there. Tv is old and the remote was falling apart and barely worked. Lamps old and falling apart. Not enough light sources. No trash can. Not enough pillows. Scared to ask for another. Toilet is a weak flusher. Towels too small. However, the shower water stayed warm. The sheets smelled clean. These are the only good things I can think of.

Honestly this is the kind of place you go to if you’re looking for a cheap option that isn’t gonna give you like bed bugs and rashes, but you know dang well will be a bit yucky and it’s simply cheap and convenient for whatever reason you need a hotel.

Older motel, no issues, just dated for the price I'm my opinion. No complaints, amenities were adequate, did what I need it to, and bed was comfortable and clean.
