No office or staff on site. All communication was thru text. Text were answered in some cases timely and others were with some delay. Room was setup with 4 sets of towels, hand towels and washcloths for a 3 night stay. Requested a 3 set via text and it was not delivered. Second request resulted in towels being delivered but used towels from previous day were not removed but instead left behind.
Television was set up for streaming service not cable. Had to have maintenance come to the room to show me how to access network programming. Service person had difficulty but after a few minutes he was able to access network channels.
Frustrating stay in a older, left behind motel!
