Gross and disgusting

It was so dirty and gross. I went and bought bleach to pour in the tub and toilet. We were crunched for time so we didn’t have much choice but to stay and make the best of the situation.

I was extremely disappointed in the condition of the room. There were flies flying around and bugs smashed around the room. The bathroom was filthy and not cleaned, including the entire room. The floors to the walls to vents in the heating/cooling system, and the microwave and fridge. I explained my concern to the manager at the front desk and all he said was he could refund me to stay somewhere else when I had already paid for the room. I would not have received my money back in time to find another place to stay. He would not offer a clean room and said he had no vacancy when the vacancy sign was on.

It was a late check in, tired, and wanted to rest. The room was very hot. AC would not go or even set below 80 degrees even after 20 mins or so. Also 4 stink bugs was congregated on top of the curtains. Top it off, the fire alarm was just hanging by the wire from the ceiling. I promptly turned the key back and left. Maybe I am just one off but cannot recommend

Family vacation stay

For $80 a night I was expecting something updated and without a loose toilet. The toilet was not secured to the floor, the gap under the door took two bath towels to block, but the staff was incredible.

Perfect location for our trip destination. Very clean room, beds were not real comfy but ok for a couple nights stay. Definitely no frills, be sure to have all necessary items to shower. There were enough towels. Overall, for a no frill family trip I would book and return again. Diner within easy walking was good too.

Ok room. Paid for a queen sized bed and got a full sized bed. Small rooms. Amazing water pressure in the shower. Hardly any in the sink. Don’t eat at the diner though! Horrible, horrible, disgusting food!
