It was fine, but we were really cold at night even with the AC off, even in summer. There’s no comforter only sheets really. The WiFi really wasn’t working, we got weird spam calls on our hotel phone. But it’s a great location and the receptionist was nice and helpful for us. She let us stay 30 extra minutes on checkout an you can keep your bags there

Comfortable and clean room and bathroom. Great dining options just next door for breakfast and dinner. Price was very affordable for stay at Fira. Parking is a big tricky but we were lucky to find a spot closeby for our rental car. We had room 10 which was on upper floor and there are stairs to carry luggage so be aware and ask for lower floor if you have lot of luggage. Overall great value for the price.

I felt comfortable staying in this hotel, staffs were very friendly and helpful, bed was very comfortable, the room was very very clean, heater was working, fridge was working, I didn’t turn on TV, so close to bus terminal. The room size was larger than normal double room, I was there alone so it was a big room to me. Very happy to stay in this hotel and will come back again.

It is indeed Central. Right in the middle of Thira, close to absolutely everything. Staff is friendly, the hotel is modern while still built in the local style, so it's an awesome mix to experience. I am definitely recommending this hotel.

This is a centrally located, basic no frills hotel. Everything is a short walk away. Check in was quick and easy. My room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly. Would recommend.

Perfect for my last day and a half in Santorini!

The woman who checked me in was so nice. She was very helpful. She gave me a map and suggested places to go and told me about the buses I could catch. The hotel smelled really good! It was very clean. Location was perfect. So close to restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, and fast food. The room was perfect. So affordable. Great value for what you pay. She told me about a bus to the ferry for 2.50 € which saved me more than 30€ and not having to possibly go back to ATM for euros or search for currency exchange last minute. Perfect last day and a half thanks to this hotel and receptionist. I was able to keep my bags there while I searched for the bus station and got squared away with my ride back to the ferry. She helped with bags when checking in and got the door for me as I was leaving. Nicest person I met in Greece. Glad I found that hotel.

Two nights stay at Central Fira Hotel

We stayed for 2 nights. It was pretty cold during our stay. The heating in our unit was excellent but there were water leak from the windows due to rain. Also moist from the walls makes the floor wet. Make sure to put your luggage upright so your stuff won’t get wet.

Really upsetting service

I would like a refund on this hotel. There was no internet available, I asked if I could go somewhere else and the girl at the front desk said I could do a virtual meeting at the front desk. During my meeting she proceeded to take a personal call very loudly and even my client commented where are you/what’s going on.

I arrived at the hotel shortly after 6:00PM. There was no representative there to greet me. A printed sheet had my name, room number and stated that the key was in the door. On my way to my room, I fell down the stair case not once but twice. Two times. The floor seems to be porcelain finish and is very slippery. There were no wet signs or rugs for cushion. Upon entering my room, there was also water that had seeped through the entrance. I never saw a receptionist my entire stay, there are no phones in the room, no shower curtains and my AC heater seemed to not heat the room. My room also did not have a window with direct sunlight as advertised. However, my room was clean very nicely when I returned later in the afternoon. I checked out by leaving the key in the door. Very poor and would not recommend.
