Quick stay

A budget friendly hotel for a quick overnight stay. I had not stayed at this chain before. It would be perfect for families looking to cook or longer stays. The linens and bedding was just ok, but a full kitchen was great! The front desk staff was professional with excellent customer service- my teenager even commented! You don’t find that often, kudos to her!!

Perfect for what we needed. If you were staying longer it had lots of pluses with the kitchen in the room. Didn’t see an exercise room and there was no pool but super close to the Alerus center. Only wish was more coffee pods in the room as we stayed two nights and no one came to check the room to refill the coffee for the next day. Otherwise a pleasant stay for the two nights we needed.

Liked location. Employee was not helpful, recliner in the room was in poor shape, toilet plugged and help wasn't available...called and asked for a plunger and never delivered. Nobody was ever at the front desk...had to call for assistance, and then they would come out of the office grumbling. Never stay there again.

For the price you pay it’s not worth it, go spend the extra 100-200$ and stay somewhere else. Our room had a massive cobweb in the corner that looked like it was there for quite some time, not to mention the dirt on the sheets once you start to actually move them around. Not happy with what I paid for this at all.

Not doing it again…

Check in took about 20 minutes as the person checking us in needed to call her boss for assistance. (We prepaid.) Whoke checking in several other guests came down with issues. Our room was smoky (non smoking request) and not cleaned totally…hair left in the bathroom shower. Was not cleaned at all the second night we were there. Lobby bathroom also was dirty and unclean. I use My Place a lot when traveling but won’t use this location again,
