Lots of old world charm in the public areas and everything is well maintained. We had a king room with harbor view in a newer section of the hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The only odd thing was that the bathroom is enclosed in frosted glass walls. So the light from the bathroom can disturb someone trying to sleep. Not a good design, and does not feel very private. The staff members were gracious and helpful. Overall a wonderful experience.

We had a great stay, but some of the wait staff did not appear to have any knowledge about what a gluten free diet is. However, others were quick to jump in and help me out. Staff are still lovely and helpful, but the room itself was pretty basic, nothing provided in the bathroom, had to go through 3 teabags as they all kept splitting (assuming they were old). Beautiful historic property

Dinner at the outdoor pool was great. The staff was very friendly. The view from my balcony was superb. One of the best sunsets I saw in Fiji was out over the harbor with the boats in the foreground and the mountains in the background.
