O hotel é confortável, bem localizado, porém o atendimento deixou a desejar pois ficamos num quarto com duas camas de solteiro que continha apenas uma manta e banheiro sem papel higiênico. Solicitamos o papel higiênico na recepção e conseguimos receber uma unidade. Porém a manta não foi concedida. Tivemos que emprestar uma de um casal amigo que estava viajando conosco e também se hospedou no hotel. Necessita repensar o atendimento e talvez fazer alguns ajustes. No mais tudo certo!

O atendimento ao chegar ao hotel foi bem rápida. Gostei do quarto achei bem grande, com sala, banheiro,cozinha e varanda e dois quartos. O café da manhã achei bem simples, mas pelo preço é até justo. O hotel precisa de caprichar na limpeza dos vidros e etc . Boa localização com supermercado, farmácia e restaurantes próximo.

Péssimo para uma única vez e nunca mais.

Comecando pela recepção. A atendente era grosseira, atendeu muito rispidamente inclusive um outro hóspede que questionou o funcionamento do qr Codd. Pedimos uma toalha porque éramos em três e só havia uma e não fomos atendidos. Na porta do hotel não havia como parar para desembarcar as bagagens, pois lá havia um caminhãozinho estacionado, provavelmente realizando obras no hotel. Haviam 4 funcionários na recepção mas apenas dois atendendo. A moça não deveria estar naquela função. O quarto estava sujo, a toalha de rosto só havia uma e ainda estava suja e com um cabelo. A cama de solteiro estava com o colchão fazendo um buraco afundado. O banheiro estava molhado e com o ralo entupido. Tomadas não funcionavam. Enfim.o estado geral do quarto era lamentável.

A recepção é linda, mas os quartos são antigos, com a umidade nas paredes a mostra. O hotel não tem estacionamento próprio, mas um dos maiores problemas é estacionar lá na frente pra fazer o check in ou checkout. Não tem lugar para parar nem por 15 minutos como era a expectativa. Tinha um caminhão cheio de entulhos na frente impedindo que fizéssemos a parada. Para aqueles que precisam fazer o check in tardio e que estão de carro, devem deixar o carro algumas quadras de distância do hotel, na qual você deve retornar pra ele andando, fato no qual nos sentimos extremamente vulneráveis, pois, estamos andando sozinhos na rua onde não sabemos o perigos que estamos sujeitos naquele momento. Sem contar que, além de pagar a hospedagem, eu ainda tenho que pagar pelo estacionamento “cedido” pelo hotel, e lá ou você escolhe levar uma multa por parar em local proibido, ou para em uma vagas a longa distância do hotel ou paga um valor a mais no hotel mesmo, para estacionar em outro lugar. Nunca fiquei em um hotel tão dificultoso, sem suporte algum, onde temos que fazer muito esforço para ficar lá. Eu só não peguei outro lugar porque eu não conhecia a cidade e queria ficar no centro. A logística do local deixa muito a desejar, se fizessem jus as placas que tem na frente do hotel sobre estacionar, se fossem mais atenciosos com quem para lá na frente e dessem suporte apropriado para essa missão que é o estacionamento do carro, melhoria bastante.

Disponibilizaram um carto com duas camas. A sorte, pois pude pegar uma coberta da outra cama. Nesse período de inverno e muito frio uma só coberta disponível é pouca. A pia do banheiro estava entupida, conforme corria água acumulava, dando uma péssima sensação ao usar. A qualidade do papel higiênico pode ser melhorada. Considero o café da manhã bem bom.
