We stay at this hotel every time we are in Lincoln when we visit family. Staff are friendly and excellent while staying there during holidays. We love their small but warm pool! Our kids want to come over to swim so they can enjoy the pool. Highly recommend this hotel!

Very nice stay. Check in was perfect, staff was very nice. Very quiet property even being across from busy shopping area. Breakfast Saturday morning was slightly lacking; no oatmeal or salt and pepper. But the coffee was excellent and the lemon water was a nice touch. I will definitely stay again.

This is our go to hotel when we visit Lincoln. The staff, facility, the WARM pool and everything is great. My only complaint was my mattress wasn’t as great this time. May be ready for a replacement. That won’t stop us though- we love this hotel and location!

The bathroom in our suite was in disrepair- broken tiles/toilet tank, peeling wallpaper, & shower shelves appeared to be pulling away from the tile & were not level/usable. Bathroom was obviously not cleaned prior to our stay. Very disappointing for ~ $200 per night.

Not happy.

The complete hotel was going through construction. No one ever told us about we had to move around because our room air conditioner and heater wasn’t working Nora TV then when we moved room, the TV still didn’t work the pool was drained. We had two children so they had nothing to do we were going to swim in the pool at night, and in the morning Plus then they have no cartoons to watch on TV so we’re paying $170 to stay in an empty room. So we got in the car an hour after arriving and went all the way home four hours.

The property was clean. The bathroom door did not shut completely. There were only 3 sets of towels for our party of 4. When we asked for another set, we received one promptly. We also had to ask for more tissues. The TV set was not properly plugged in. The pool was much smaller than expected from the photos online. The temperature of the water and the pool room was almost unbearably hot.
