We liked the location, it was walking distance to the city center and all kinds of transportation. However the rooms were very small and customer service was poor. They would direct you by hand gestures instead of saying to go right or left and for how many blocks. We had to ask random people for directions.

Good rooms, but watch out for theft

Nice room, spacious, and there was both a firm pillow and a soft pillow on the bed. Nice bathroom, a bit on the small side, but it had everything you needed. However, I experienced that housekeeping took my German deposit bottle that was on the desk, which I intended to use, but they didn’t take my Danish deposit bottles. I would almost call that theft. When I mentioned it to the staff at the reception, it wasn’t taken seriously — they just said they would leave a note for housekeeping not to take them. I could understand if I had left the bottles on the floor, but they were placed on the desk together with my other belongings.
