A nice wee place to escape big city, it has everything you need, pool, BBQ and a hot tube. The Manager was amazing, giving you advice of what to see and what to do. Will definitely come back.

The staff member was very welcoming and helpful. However this motel is very old and in need of maintenance and a general upgrade. But this was reflected in the price, as it was a lot cheaper than other motels in the area.

Served our needs. Its just around the corner from Paihia, and is quiet, clean, and has Sky TV. Theres a very small playground, and indoor games room. The outdoor pool was closed for maintenance. The entrance driveway is steep downhill off the main road, easy to maneuver. Car park is down at the base.

The location was perfect. The pool and views were stunning. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The unit is outdated and the beds were uncomfortable in particularly the sleeper couch. Carpets need to be removed as old and dirty. Kitchen was neat but oven was dirty.

Sucked. Bathroom was dirty. Carpet was filthy. Had to strip bed because it had a heating blanket with hard plastic tabs that dug into our backs. Location is 1km out of town and parking in town is time limited. Real hassle.

It's obviously been tidied up to remedy some of the problems other reviewers had. Our apartment was a bit tired, lumpy sofas and peeling laminate in the bathroom but no funny smells, beds were comfortable and place was clean. As the first stop on Fullers tour, we got first choice of seats. The driveway is steep in places but the receptionist accommodated my Mum's mobility issues by changing us to an apartment with no stairs.

The motel was okay, for one night… I wouldn’t really want to stay for any longer and I don’t understand how it can be listed as a four star motel? The reception guy was nice enough, and it was only a very short stay so it was doable for the night, but I wouldn’t stay again.

"seaview" not really... it is not in the main bay and does not really have the seaviews. The place is run down, only surface clean, the pool looked terrible. Would not recommend.

Property looked clean from a distance, closer look was old and dusty and overgrown. Was quite and safe, staff attended to us when asked. Our room had previous guests food in it and bathroom sink kept getting blocked we fixed it ourselves. Spa needed maintenance so unavailable. Pool was swimable, no shallow area for kids. Lots of fixing up to do.

The swimming pool needed a good clean. There was no step to get in an out of the pool. The sofa bed we had in our room was broken so had to exchange for another bed, which was uncomfortable. Play ground needs an up grade. staff were friendly and supportive.
