The balcony had a lovely outlook and the room was well ventilated having two entrances. It was quiet even though on a busy road. Building set well back from road. Would stay there again.

Served our needs. Its just around the corner from Paihia, and is quiet, clean, and has Sky TV. Theres a very small playground, and indoor games room. The outdoor pool was closed for maintenance. The entrance driveway is steep downhill off the main road, easy to maneuver. Car park is down at the base.
