Passing through on a road trip. Room was clean. The women checking us in was so friendly. Breakfast was a bonus, better than expected. The only big bummer was we picked this place because it has a hot tub and pool, however they were broken.

The stay was okay. Our first room had a broken privacy curtain that let in sunlight. Also there was a screeching noise in the room that made it hard to sleep. When checking in, the receptionist was fine but felt kind of rude. The day shift attendant was more accommodating. She helped us with the issues in our room by changing rooms. The second room was better.

We had a king room, bed was clean and comfortable, room was in excellent condition. Coffe pod machine is not convenient for my own product use, no milk supplied. Breakfast was ok, coffee machine and pancake machine was continually needing service. Pretty good value for money overall. The pool and hot tub were great.

Aweful, the housekeepers were extremely snobby, they didnt offer to clean our room or give us extra towels and when i asked for extra i was told rudely to go ask the front desk although the housekeeper clearly had a stack of towels with them, so i went to ask the front desk and was told they didnt have any, beds were horrible couldnt sleep all night, the pool water smelled soooooo bad! The hot tub was turning green. It was disgusting

Desk lady seem bothered. Chairs were stained in the rooms. Bathroom shower was dirty dust everywhere hair on the floor ice machine machines were all broken besides the fourth floor. Side doors were either out of order or missing handles really hot in the hallways.

45 min check in, higher than normal incidental fee, checked into dirty room, another 30 min wait, 1 towel in room, no clean towels at pool, locked sliding door at 10pm. Should have read reviews first but don’t ever have to at holiday inns. Won’t stay here again and has me questioning ever staying at another holiday inn.
