Property on the water was great to see the fireworks show for the 4th of July. Breakfast was in another building up the stairs, and it had poor air conditioning. Apart from that all was good.

Definitely not the lap of luxury. And room and bathroom were clean as far as I could tell. Just needed a place to rest my head and it fit the bill. Still too expensive for the amenities offered.

I wasn’t sure what to expect after reading some of the reviews but our stay here was pretty good. I booked this hotel because of the location, we liked that we could walk pretty much anywhere we needed to go. I liked having a balcony and being on the water. The room was pretty clean but could probably use new carpet or a deep cleaning. The toilet seat was cracked but we were out and about for most of our stay so it didn’t bother us.
