Hotel is clean, in good location, on bus routes and walking distance to old town , beautiful surroundings, quiet area. It is very convenient to have a pool with thermal water, hot tub and sauna in hotel. Food is delicious, great variety and different from day to day.

Great hotel - stay here, it’s worth it.

I loved this hotel. It was a short bus ride away from Karlovy Vary centre and a world away in terms of peace and quiet. I had a comfortable room in Green House. Staff were friendly, approachable and helpful. And the tunnels! I loved the tunnels. It added a bit of mystery to the hotel.

İt was a great hotel. İf you dont have car. Bus stop is very close to it. We stayed at greenhouse part. The room was okey cool but there is no Air conditioner. You cannot set the temperature yourself. The staff were helpful. İn room you have kettle. But no tea or coffe. You need to buy them at hotel. Although Hotel has four stars, it does not meet the expectation. Yet it was comfortable and affordable in the City.

Slitet hotell med allt uppdelat i flera byggnader i området! Det sämsta var att ingen pratade engelska trots att det kryllade av personal och att det stod i hotellbeskrivningen att det skulle finnas. Möjlighet till spa var en pool, bubbelpool och torrbastu. Ångbastun var trasig. Fantastisk Thaimassage trots att det var knöligt att boka pga språket. Frukosten var bra trots tråkiga matsalar. Middagen var överraskande god men i en riktigt tråkig miljö. Personalen beskrev middagen som ok för pensionärer!!!! Summeringen: helt ok men absolut ingen lyxig känsla

Ich war für ein paar Tage in diesem Vier-Sterne-Hotel in Karlovy Vary. Leider entsprach mein Aufenthalt nicht den Erwartungen, die man bei dieser Hotelkategorie haben sollte. Das größte Problem war die extreme Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer. Man konnte jedes Wort aus dem Nachbarzimmer hören – an Erholung war daher kaum zu denken. Besonders nachts war es sehr störend, da andere Gäste bis spät wach waren und wir dadurch kaum schlafen konnten. Ansonsten war das Zimmer zwar sauber und gut ausgestattet, aber die schlechte Schalldämmung hat den Gesamteindruck leider stark getrübt. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie sollte man mehr Ruhe und Komfort erwarten können.

Alles war supper. Hotel bietet sehr viele Leistungen, Schwimmbad, Whirlpool Sauna, Dampfbad, sehr großes Spa Bereich . Nur 4 Sterne, da viel erneuert werden soll und sehr begrenzte Parkmöglichkeiten. Ansonsten sehr zufrieden.

Ich war von der Unterkunft insgesamt enttäuscht. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb, aber mit dem Auto ist das kein großes Problem. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und spricht auch Deutsch. Das Zimmer war leider überhaupt nicht modern. Zwar war es im Großen und Ganzen sauber, allerdings waren Haare auf dem Bettbezug... Es war auch sehr hellhörig und man hat die Stimmen und Fernseher aus den anderen Zimmern gehört. Das Frühstück war zwar wirklich gut, allerdings herrschte keine entspannte Atmosphäre. Es lief keine Musik, und man hörte hauptsächlich die lauten Stimmen der Mitarbeiter. Besonders enttäuschend fand ich den Spa-Bereich. Für ein Spa-Hotel hatte ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Es gibt zwar einen Pool, einen Whirlpool, zwei Saunen sowie ein Dampfbad, aber alles wirkt ziemlich heruntergekommen. Jede Therme, die ich bisher besucht habe, war besser. Insgesamt würde ich hier leider kein Zimmer mehr buchen.

Zum zweiten Mal in der Unterkunft. Mal wieder alles wunderbar. Diesmal war unser Parkplatz direkt vor dem blauen Haus und auch für nur 10€/Tag sehr günstig. Wir waren so gut wie nur zu Fuß unterwegs, Hotel liegt etwas abseits jedoch gibt es genug Möglichkeiten wie z.B. Bus oder Taxi und somit alles sehr gut erreichbar. Hotel an sich sehr schön gestaltet mit vielen Möglichkeiten (Billardtisch, Bar etc.). Personal sowohl an der Rezeption als auch an den beiden Bars (Blue- und Green House) sehr nett und freundlich. Frau von der Bar (GreenHouse) konnte sich sogar noch an uns erinnern 😊 Zimmer im Blue House etwas hochwertiger als im Green House jedoch beide Häuser sehr gut und gemütlich gestaltet. Blue House hat eine tolle Badezimmer! Frühstück und Abendessen sehr umfangreich und ist auch den Preis wert. Wellnessbereich mit Pool und Sauna auch sehr schön und sauber. Handtücher muss man nicht mit sich tragen, diese können direkt vor Ort im mittleren Haus (Villa Mercedes) mitgenommen werden. Kurz zusammengefasst, das Spa Resort ist sowohl von innen als auch von außen sehr schön. Mit dem Untergrund Tunnel zwischen den Häusern ist die Verbindung wunderbar und man kommt schnell von dem einen Haus ins andere. Parkplätze sind einige vorhanden, falls diese aber schon voll sind gibt das Personal an der Rezeption eine Adresse zu einem Parkhaus in der Nähe. Jeder Mitarbeiter des Hotels sehr nett und freundlich und helfen, wenn man Hilfe braucht. Also gerne wieder!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir sind Freitag angereist und bis Sonntag geblieben. Check-in ging problemlos. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Betten sind ziemlich hart, besonders das Zustallbett. Eine kleine gemütliche Lampe hat mir persönlich für den Abend gefehlt. Leider haben wir am Anreisetag den Pool nicht genutzt. Die anderen beiden Tage war der ziemlich voll. Der Frühstückssaal war am Sonntag völlig überfüllt, sodass wir erstmal zurück ins Zimmer sind. Gegen 9:30 war es etwas besser und wir bekamen Platz. Da sollte vielleicht noch dran gearbeitet werden... vielleicht den Saal vom Abendessen(der ist einiges größer) dafür nutzen. Alles in allem war es für uns ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Parkplatz kostet pro Nacht 10€
