We had a five night stay here while conducting work and leisure. Excellent location near two subway stations. We wanted a location away from the main tourist areas, but close enough to visit by metro. There is food and dining in every direction you walk from the hotel. The room was excellent, bed was comfortable, A/C was necessary and we were so happy to have it. The small refrigerator was good to have for storing some of our own drinks. The shower was awesome. Best room of our 13-day European trip. The staff were very nice and friendly and helped us a few times.

The hotel is unique and beautiful, conveniently located in a busy area (walking distance to a few major landmarks; great shopping area; incredible restaurant selection). The staff members were welcoming, friendly, helpful and professional. The art pieces in the hotel are wonderful (there’s a gallery on floor -1). The rooftop is rather small but very nice. We loved our room with a balcony! Lovely hotel…we would absolutely book again!

Would highly recommend.

Rooms - excellent (we had a balcony and I would highly recommend it). Staff - excellent. Rooftop pool - excellent. Bar - excellent and reasonably priced. Location - excellent. You could stay closer to Playa De Catalunya, but this location is quieter and has loads of lovely cafes, bars and restaurants. We never walked more than 10 minutes for our restaurants. The closer you get to Playa De Catalunya the busier and less clean it becomes.

I tried to request for an earlier check in as our flight arrived early and we needed to change for our 4 hour degustation Anniversary lunch at Disfrutar. The manager at that time was very surly and won’t have any of it. His personality was just cut and dry without a hint of a smile. The staff when we returned after our lunch to check in was better. Something just felt off with the morning staff though.

The hotel itself is very well appointed, I think there was a misunderstanding between the hotel and Expedia and when I got there my room was much smaller than Expedia had advertised so that was disappointing. I also I was also disappointed that the room had a few things that were not working properly like the shower door and the telephone was broken that was immediately corrected so I was appreciative. I would still recommend this hotel to other guedt because of the staff, the area and how convenient enclosed to many areas of interest.totheothat.mishaps
