There were obvious drug deals happening, the first room smelled of animal urine so bad I got tears. The second room the bathroom light sometimes worked, the lock was questionable, and the bed was so terrible I slept very little. I moved furniture in front of the door, too exhausted to find another place.

Horrible experience

There was dead roaches smashed on the wall, the bed was dirty, the covers had dirt and stained little spots of blood on it. The floor was not swept. The bathroom was disgusting and the room stunk. I sat up all night on a table because I didn't trust anything else. The pictures showed a beautiful room online but it was the complete opposite once I got there. I would really love a refund because I was not comfortable and I did not sleep. And there was a dog in the room next to me that senses my presence and barked all night.

Disgusting

The room we stayed in was absolutely disgusting. Can't complain too much cuz the only other option would have been our car. The hotel says it's smoke free and the sheets had cigarette burn marks. The floor made our feet black. The white sheets had yellow stains everywhere, especially the pillows and our towels had black hair all over them.

Checked into the hotel after a Notre Dame game. Hotel claims cleanliness but was absolutely disgusting. There was a pile of cigarette filters and a razor blade. There was ash on the dresser. The door barely shut. We inspected linens and found German roaches and saw at least 10 roaches running around the room. The front desk gave us a refund and we left within 5 min of being in the room

The worst I’ve ever experienced

Might be worst hotel in the area. Towels were dirty, pillow cases had cigarette burns and what looked like blood stains. Nice they arranged them so you didn’t see it at first. Ceiling had what looked like feces smeared in one spot. Door was broken. You have to slam your shoulder into it to open. This was the move the office guy showed me. Worst toilet in Scotland. Made reservation months in advance. They called me 2 days before the trip to tell me the hotel was flooded and all reservations had to be cancelled. No further explanation or assistance was offered. Had to call numerous times for a confirmation email, as Expedia or the Oyo Customer Service Team did not know what was going on. The entire thing felt like a scam, definitely recommend staying away!

We walked up to the front door, no one was there to check us in even though it was evening and the bell was rang… walking outside you basically spray painted the numbers on your sidewalk without putting cardboard down lol inside the room had some sort of leak in the wall along with a hole punched in the bathroom door, I understand it’s not the four seasons but at least a cup in the room, or some towels that don’t feel like they cut you out of the shower might be an order for your guests in the future. Otherwise this was literally, the worst property I have ever stayed at in 37 years of traveling

Worst hotel ever

We traveled over 11 hours and when we got there, they told us a pipe burst and all the rooms were flooded. No courtesy call or email. They offered us a replacement room but this room was obviously not meant to be slept in. The odor of stale cigarette smoke and bugs crawling on the wall was like a scene from a movie. There was no other availability in the area due to the big event we were there to attend so we had to travel to a completely different city to find a hotel. 0 out of 10 would NOT recommend

First time there and last. I go into my room and it’s barren. No soap, fridge, or even a trash can. I get a room with 2 beds and neither of them were clean. Both had cigarette burns, red stains, sweat or drool stains on the pillows, and streaks of oil or dirt on the sheets and blankets. The shower leaked water on the floor, the toilet had a dirty ring in the bowl, and dirty towels. The worst things if that’s even possible was the stale cigarette air and the multiple cockroaches I saw during my 1 night stay. Even tho I paid for 2 nights, I only stayed 1 night and found other accommodations elsewhere. Worst hotel room I ever had.

Cigarette burned sheets with paw prints. Gross,broken shower curtain. Dirty,loose toilet. Filthy mirror & air unit. I called ahead of time to ask for 1st floor room as I am disabled.Couldn't understand the man, he hung up on me twice. When checking in, no record of Expedia calling on my behalf. Young man behind counter was the only nice thing. The outside stairs where falling apart. Man was banging on doors demanding rent in the morning. I suspect he is the one who hung up on me.

Upon booking our room, we get there a couple hours later to find out our room was given to someone else. So after 30 minutes of my fiancee talking with the manager for him to give us keys to a downgraded room. We were fine since it was late and we needed sleep. Upon entering this new room, we found Roaches. It was disgusting, we then did a break down of the room since we didn't feel safe. The doors lock wouldn't lock properly. Found dead and live roaches between the mattress, the bathroom was appalling, roaches were everywhere in there. Spend the extra $20 to find a better spot to stay. You'll regret it as we did.

Bad does it no justice

Horrible does not describe it. First the picture online are not of the actual hotel. I arrived after dark and there were absolutely no lights or even a sign indicating the name of the hotel. Check in was a nightmare. They had NO keys! None! When they found 1 I took it up stairs and did not work so I had to go back down then 2 more keys that didn’t work either! Lady had to open the door with her master key. THEN she never gave me an actual working key to my room. Now the room… nasty restroom with some sort of ring on the toilet. The shower had not been scrubbed since who knows when. The shower curtain was stained with mold. Then no HOT water! By far the worst stay ever. Very deceitful pictures online. This place should not be open at all. I’m sorry but no.

Extremely disappointed in this property. Currently trying to get a refined. Property was a mess no sign for the hotel drinking and obnoxious people in the parking lot. My room appeared tampered with after I left and returned my bed was unmade I hadn’t even been in the bed. I packed up and left there was no one at the desk so I left my key. DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel for anyone.

Never again

The grounds were trashy… the appearance of the hotel was trashy… the room furniture was trashy… dirty towel on a shelf, remote didn’t go to the tv (we learned this after having the batteries replaced), tv would not stay turned on… one set of towels for two guests… the pics in the ad looked nothing whatsoever like the room or hotel or the description. The service was also trashy. The office was locked so it could be used to live in I guess— we had to go to the window. Got one key for two guests. When I turned in my key, the man was sleeping on the couch in the locked office. I asked for a receipt 3 times and what I got was a nonsense slip of paper with a nonsense amount written on it. Not a receipt in any way. The man clearly did not want to deal with me. I will never trust OYO hotels again.
