I came into the room there was no latch whatsoever on the door and there were nothing but girls there all night. The floors were not mopped or swept they were sticky and has trash on them. At about 1 or 2 am my refrigerator and TV went out and stopped working I will insert pictures of everything.

Many issues

The first room we got had a leak in the ceiling. We called to get another room and instead of taking care of it right away, the front desk told us "I have to call someone." We did get another room, but we asked for two more pillows. There were only two in the room. The front desk told us they didn't have any more. The second room was clean and no issues, other than the pillows.
