I was staying at a hostel that didn’t have AC. I noticed this hotel as I was walking past it. I asked if they had rooms available and was told yes and the rates. I looked on hotels.com and found it for a bit cheaper than if I had booked in person. Room was huge and clean. Breakfast was good as well.

I traveled from America to visit my girlfriend in Brazil and every time we came back to the hotel, she was immediately stopped at the the elevator and treated as if she had some type of disease. She was told that I wasn't allowed to have visitors in my room which is weird because I am a 54 year old man and a paying customer. I checked out of my room early the next day . 4 days remaining on my stay and I was never offered my money back or any type of reimbursement. Very shady experience. I've traveled many places but never have been told I couldn't have visitors in my room. And they kept my money !! Don't come to this place!! They treat you as if you're in a concentration camp !

A acomodação se tornou excelente custo benefício devido à localização. Serviço de quarto bom, assim como a atenção dos funcionários. Equipe maravilhosa, excelente atendimento do início ao fim. Hotel incrível com café da manhã excelente, e próximo a alguns pontos turísticos. Só tenho a reclamar de um pé da cama que se soltou, mas a equipe se prontificou a arrumar e foi feito. Outro ponto foi que, ao solicitar uma garrafa de água na cozinha,no horário do café da manhã, ninguém se dispôs a pegar, nem que fosse parar 10 segundos para fazer isso. Tive que pedir o serviço de quarto apenas pra isso. Acho pertinente melhorar esse ponto. No mais, nossa estadia foi ótima!
