I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The automatic kiosk check-in was pretty cool and convenient, which made the arrival process smooth.
The room itself was small but clean, so no complaints there. However, the bath towels were ridiculously tiny—you couldn’t even properly dry off, let alone wrap one around yourself. On top of that, the sink’s water pressure was way too strong, causing water to splash everywhere every time I used it.
Another downside was the presence of homeless people around the hotel, which made the area feel less safe and welcoming.
Overall, the stay was okay, but definitely not worth $100 per night.
