Hotel with a good location

Location of the hotel is good as its nearby many attractions. You can take the bus directly from airport to the hotel nearby and walk for 5mins. It is also around 10mins from the metro station. Service of the staff and cleanliness of the room is also good. Will return here again in future.

The service was top-of-the-line and the cleaning lady was one of the nicest old ladies I’ve ever met. The breakfast was also really good and the staff always ensured that you were satisfied and that all your needs were fullfilled and helped you to the best of their ability. This was the hardest bed I have ever slept on in my life. For a 4-star hotel, you shouldn't have to pay for amenities. Every amenity was free at a 3-star hotel we stayed at in Japan with a much comfier bed. They were still cleaning our room after check-in time and missed a Q-tip sitting on the nightstand.

Mosquito ridden

Genuinely shocked how this hotel is considered four stars. My room had mosquitos which bit me all night. The staff provided me with mosquito spray and a plug in when I reported the issue. They didn’t help me spray, just gave me a can to handle on my own. I had to sleep the rest of the night with a face mask on due to the fumes from the bug spray. The fact they had mosquito spray and a plug in ready also made me wonder how many hotel guests had mosquito infested rooms. The entire building needs an upgrade as the walls are super thin (you can hear every footstep, sound, and snoring from adjacent rooms), and AC was weak which did not help the mosquito issue. Horrible stay, would not recommend, the staff didn’t even pretend to be apologetic about the situation
