I booked the Spa Room that was supposed to have a jetted tub and a fireplace. Upon arriving in the room, I discovered the fireplace did not work. I called the front desk and the guy said he had known it needed a new part since yesterday. Never did he mention this to me before I made it into the room. I waited on the phone in awkward silence for him to offer a discount or something to make it up to me, but he did not. Then it was jetted tub time. The jets did not work and there was a worn metal piece over where the button would be to start the jets, so it was clear that the "jetted" tub had not been jetted in quite some time. I had to double-check the listing to see if it had actually said something like "soaking tub" but it said "jetted tub". I decided to wait until check-out to let the front staff know that the two features of the room I was most looking forward to (and paid for) were not in working order. However, the front desk person never asked how my stay was and at that point, I didn't feel confident they cared. I would have much rather mentioned my disappointment to them in-person than on here, but here we are. Great view of the ocean, but I will not stay here again when there are cleaner and more functional options literally next door.
