Checking or front desk guys were great, but we ordered room service and we have to call many times to remind them, the room has extremely slippery floors both in the bathroom and the room. The bed is uncomfortable and the room its nice but definitely not worth $400.00 USD/night.

We loved staying at this hotel in Antigua Guatemala! The restaurant is great, the rooms are beautiful and the location is fantastic, just 4 blocks from the Central Park with lots of stuff around. The only downsides are that the rooms don't have AC so it can get pretty warm sometimes, and the pool is only open from 7am to 11am bc it's next to the restaurant.

So far our stay has been wonderful. Five out of five on everything. The breakfast included in the stay was delicious. There are four breakfast options. Each is wonderful. We swim in the pool in the morning.

If you are looking for a beautiful upscale boutique hotel in Antigua this is a gem. Fabulous restaurant, incredibly beautiful and peaceful setting, fantastic rooms... I truly enjoyed staying in this luxurious, small hotel within 5 blocks of the main plaza. Absolutely worth the price.

I would not recommend this hotel due to the noise in the property next door. We were looking for a nice an quiet place to stay, but this hotel did not meet the expectations. If you want loud music pumping through your ears late night, stay here. Otherwise, stay away. By far the worst hotel experience in about 20 years for me.

First let me say the low rating of meson panza verde was only because of the NOISE! I didn’t read the reviews and therefore did not see that has been a continual problem! They have live music every night…. We were not informed of this! We stayed in room #7 which was right above the music and the sound came right into our bathroom windows! On weekends the music plays until 11 pm…. During the week it usually stopped by 10! THIS WAS MISERABLE! Every thing else about the hotel was wonderful ….. beautiful room with our own private patio! The staff and people at the hotel couldn’t be nicer…. Breakfast was delicious and they even made me an almond milk latte! I think the hotel needs to decide if it wants to be a club or a hotel cause it’s definitely not succeeding in the later! Maybe at least informing people on the website or on check in about the music so a conscious decision can be made to stay there! Thank you to all the wonderful people working there who made our stay so enjoyable!

Mi experiencia en Hotel Panza Verde fue simplemente inolvidable. Desde el momento en que cruzas su elegante entrada, sabes que estás en un hotel boutique de ensueño. La arquitectura y decoración colonial, combinadas con el confort moderno, crean una atmósfera única para descansar y desconectarse. Además, cuentan con un speakeasy bar oculto en una cueva, que añade un aire de misterio y sofisticación a las noches en el hotel. El desayuno incluido fue uno de los mejores que he probado, con ingredientes frescos y preparados al momento. La terraza con vista al majestuoso Volcán de Agua es simplemente mágica, especialmente al amanecer o atardecer.
