This property was perfect. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. I thought it was charming that they have a hotel mascot that is an adorable lab wearing a pink bow tie. Her name is Mila. I will absolutely be returning to this hotel for every trip to Bogota.

The majority of the staff were kind and helpful. The room where we stayed had a non-functional sink, the faucet was leaking and the shower door had lots of mildew. The towels were old and stained and the bed was uncomfortable. The property owner needs to invest to fix the rooms and get new towels and sheets.

FACTURA ELECTRONICA

Es muy buen hotel sin embargo, cuando se pide con expidia o hoteles. com mencionan que no pueden sacar factura electronica, finalmente como es un tema legal generan la factura, pero deberían sacar esto al solicitarla, ya que es obligación por la Dian para las empresas.

A broken and unwelcoming hotel

Everything is awful. Wifi was super slow like 1-3 Mbps with dead spots everywhere. Receptionist (tall guy) didn’t speak any English and showed quite some attitude when we checked in (both of us dressed well). Light and TV didn’t work. We just left and didn’t even bother staying.

Buena ubicación, amabilidad y desconcierto?

El hotel cuenta con buen servicio en el restaurante y la recepción. El personal es amable y servicial. Pueden mejorar la apariencia de las toallas, están curtidas. Además colocar un aviso para cuando los huéspedes requieran el lavado de las toallas o no. Realizar mantenimiento a los baños, porque el lavamanos tiene fugas de agua. Y ahora están en recionamiento de agua y el agua se está esperdiciando. Dejé una vasija de plástico que se usa para calentar en el microondas, para cargar frutas picadas y el personal del aseo la sacó sin mi permiso. Dejando esto una sensación desagradable y de inconformidad porque nadie del personal administrativo respondió. Por lo tanto toca dejar todo bien guardado y bajo llave, para que no surgan este tipo de situaciones. El hotel tiene una buena ubicación cerca al parque el virrey con mucho verde.
