Given the reasonable price the rooms are actually pretty good and nice. An okay option if you have an early flight in Orly. The problem is with the front desk people that have no clue on what they are going. We were given incorrect information about the time of the shuttle that brings people to the Orly airport. So we missed it and had to take a uber. The shuttle comes every 1/2 hour. The checkin was super long because room cards were given for rooms that were already occupied creating a huge mess in the computer system. Didn’t try the breakfast.

The property felt old and tacky. To top it all I was embarrassed by probably the room manager or supervisor. I had asked for a late check out which the staffs I had spoke to confirmed I could get an hour till 1pm and if I stay more than that then I had to pay so I took the option of the free1hour. Tell my why someone comes to my door at 12.05pm talking to me like I was stealing to stay in the hotel, didn’t give me audience to explain how I had already requested for a late check out and had her voice raising at me to leave the room like I was an intruder. Very traumatizing terrible experience. I got random scary knocks on my door with strange faces pulling up, when I open they immediately walk away. It was traumatizing. Definitely never coming back!!!

The property is too far from the Paris downtown. If you are planning for few days do not stay here as transport is not feasible from so far. They do not even keep tea/coffee and charges $2 for each cup. The stay is not worth the money. And I was totally dissatisfied since I want to cut down my stay there but they were very rude in letting you know your options. Will never stay here when I come again.

Si l'accueil peu aimable du dimanche soir m'a fait craindre un mauvais séjour, il n'en a rien été. La chambre est vaste, propre, avec une bonne literie. Sauna et salle de sport sont agréables après une grosse journée de travail. Point à améliorer : un kit de base dans la cuisine serait appréciable. L'insonorisation avec l'extérieur doit être revue. L'hôtel se trouvant le long de l'autoroute, même fenêtre fermée, c'est franchement bruyant.

A l’arrivée LE réceptionniste, peu commode, a fait son boulot, sans entrain, (accueil a revoir). Arrivée dans la chambre j’ai constaté un problème avec la télécommande et j’ai appelé la réception qui m’indique que je dois descendre rapporter la télécommande (un comble, il aurait pu monter avec une solution ). Je descends donc et lui rapporte. Il me dit qu’il revient dans 10 min avec une solution. Une soirée une nuit et un matin toujours rien. Aucune information aucune excuse pour la gêne et aucune solution. J’ai du prolonger mon séjour pour raison professionnelle, la réceptionniste était déjà plus agréable souriante et a trouvé une solution. Merci au technicien qui a résolu cette situation.
