It was a comfortable stay with friendly staff. The rooms are a bit small, especailly fora family and the bathroom is very small. But nothing really major to complain about. The proximity to the train station, the friendly staff and the comfortable staff make this a well recommeded place to stay.

Excelente estrutura, organizado e limpo. Um detalhe importante. O metro do centro chega ao hotel porém com a necessidade de caminhar cerca de 20 minutos - posto de metrô Villaverde alto - e a outra opção mais proxima é o Renfe (transporte suburbano) - posto renfe San Cristoban Industrial - necessário comprar tickets distintos.

The breakfast buffet was really good, the space is very clean, and very close to a train station, less than 5 minutes walking and only takes 15 minutes to get the city center station. The hotel front desk staff was not very friendly and the image doesn't necessarily match the actual place, but it is still very clean and good space. The bed was not super comfortable for us but it was still overall a good stay.
